very nice and friendly helpful in the store. Was excited for our couches. Received the couches looked great.
My experience can be characterized by the following: gaslighting, bullying, threats, bad business practices, borderline fraud, unprofessionalism, and general incompetence. They will make me out to be the problem, but if you look at my reviews of other companies you will notice I leave mostly positive reviews of businesses because I want them to succeed. My partner and I have been taken on a ride by these people. We went in about a month ago, with a specific requirement of this couch needing to fit down a 30” stairwell. The gentleman we worked with told us this would not be a problem for the couch we liked, he even brought out a tape measure and explained how they can bring it down at an angle to meet this requirement. 2-3 weeks later my fiancé gets a call telling us the delivery people have arrived and are ready to set up our couch.
