This company is trash! First they sent me text messages that they can’t move on with my case because I did not pay $35. I told them I’m not paying a dime until I am able to afford. I was okay with them closing the case cuz I told them I’ll just reapply. I reapplied and paid the $35 then they told me they can’t help me because I don’t have information for the respondent who I have no contact with due and who is incarcerated. Using UDR became a bigger nightmare than I was already living. I divorced a narcissistic, abusive man in 2016 and he owes me over 80k in child support arrears for our five children. The mediator sought to waive all of the past due amount for a mere 2k that he never paid, waived my rights to ever file with ORS and he still pays under the judgment amount.
