The person we worked with directly was very friendly. However our experience was less than stellar. We have been members for a long time and I have helped all of my kids open accounts at UCCU. Today we attempted to open a small auto for my daughter to help her build her credit history. The loan was for around 1/3 the value of the vehicle she is purchasing.
