I love this place I started with Utah Community Credit Union while in college, and I've continued with them ever since. While I don't live very close to them, I still use them because I am happy with their service. They have a wonderful online banking area, free bill payer, and many other options that a lot of places would make you pay for. In addition, they have great rates and I know my money is safe with them. PROS: Excellent Service CONS: Only located in Utah County

Would not reccomend My husband and I have been with this bank for 7 years as a married couple and each of us had it for 2 years being single and we loved it until we had a problem with our account about 2 years ago. Everyone was very rude and the girl who was looking at my account kept making comments about how I use my debit card a lot and that I shouldnt go out to eat so much and that I could shop at cheaper stores. Nice and Helpful Staff Utah Community Credit Union is a great hometown credit union that is good to their consumers. When you go into the bank they are quick to help you and they want to make sure that you are satisified with your visit. When my husband and I went in to check on opening a checking account we were greeted within minutes of coming in and they acted like they really wanted us as customers. They were friendly and informative and made sure we didn't leave with any unanswered questions.
great credit union Utah Community Credit Union provided us with excellent service for 4 years. They have free checking and you only have to put $5 in your savings account to become a member (which you get back when you close your account). They also let you set up an endless number of savings and money market accounts tied ot your main account so you can save for specific events (christmas, family vacation, ect). Always very friendly.
Great rates, friendly people While looking for a loan to get a car I stopped by some well known national banks only to find their conditions very limited and their interest rates quite high. Further, they didn't seem too excited about arranging for a loan with me, a college student. I decided to try the UCCU and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly service and great interest rates. The staff is very knowledgable and personable and I felt no pressure at all. Just great!
A credit Union for the Whole Family I believe this is one of the best Credit Unions in Utah Valley. They have extraordinary customer service. I joined with them when I was a teenager because my parents were members and were pleased with what they had to offer. Now 20 + years later, I still am with them.
