Horrible experience doing buisness today with this company. Perhaps Tyson who I dealt with was extremely disrespectful towards me. Was making negative remarks regarding homeowners who do jobs they should hire an electrician for. Tears welling up, I said " We did hire an electrician, so are you telling me buying this replacement breaker is a waste" His sarcastic remark was " I have zero advice to offer, it would be a liability to offer suggestions " With tears flowing I wanted to ask why he choose to behave so unprofessional ... read more

They were very helpful and treated me with interest in what I needed. The owner gave me special attention and made excellent suggestion on the solution to my breaker concerns and what to use in my panel.
