Why would you lock the windows on the bus??? After COVID you would think that you would want ventilation on a bus not trapped with bad air. I have stopped taking the Bus due to this they are filthy enough.
I respectfully want to point out that the service on UTA’s line 209 has become very unreliable. Buses often don’t follow the schedule, and with all the ongoing construction around Sugar House, it’s extremely confusing for riders when stops are suddenly inaccessible or changed without clear notice. It’s frustrating and feels like the service changes are not being thought through properly.
one star is too generous to a bus company that is NEVER on time.
Needs to be open on Sunday!!
