From What I understand the company has a training process that is a requirement to working there, but the current long term staff don't give a flying fart about the training process and do what they want and treat new hires like crap. To me it seems this place needs new blood that cares about the job and the troubled teens that reside there due to BAD Behavior. Very disappointing I would not recommend this as a viable resource for staff and or teens.
