I have been taking my children to this clinic since 2008. I would not pick any other place to take my children for medical care to say the least! The most caring and compassionate individuals work at this location i would be lost with out Jackie and Paige. I don't think your staff hears this enough thank you so much for what you do!!!
Wrost customer service! Dont recommend bringing your children here. They dont care for your childs health, nor listen to your concerns.
Why have a community clinic to serve the del valle children’s wellness center are that does not help at all when they have on their website they accept walk ins I went there with my infant and they turned me away . I will not return there after the way I was treated the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional and you can barely understand her language and I attempted to call many times before walking in but they never answer their phones . My grand baby got her shots there and my daughter was charged $10 for them. The next day my grand baby’s leg swelled up bad and she could not move her leg so we called to let the nurse know what was going on and we told the nurse that my grand babies leg was swollen and she could not move it but there was no redness and the nurse said she needed to come in asap and I replied that she just moved here and she did not have Texas insurance yet and the nurse said that was fine and when my daughter got there the only thing she was... read more
I love Jackie& paige but its ridiculous that if you have several canceled appointments they will have you go somewhere else and not accept you as a patient I get that as its a new policy whats ridiculous is that the front desk never answers the phone…. Have to call at least 9 times for someone to pick up.
