Nothing but great service and friendly faces! This group is so easy to work with.
This used to be a fantastic financial institution but like most things someone got money hungry and made things like a big corporate bank. Took away late hours and Saturday hours so anyone with a normal job that works past 4pm is screwed. This was a blue collar credit union at one point and just like everything else that happened since covid the working class gets bent over.
Terrible service and bank. Opened my account years ago because of the service and hours and seems like they don't care anymore. The tellers they have now act like you bother them anytime you walk in and are so ignorant and rude. The hours are horrible and mobile deposit doesn't work half the time and can't do ATM deposit anymore to have deposits available immediately like they used to.
