Terrible service and bank. Opened my account years ago because of the service and hours and seems like they don't care anymore. The tellers they have now act like you bother them anytime you walk in and are so ignorant and rude. The hours are horrible and mobile deposit doesn't work half the time and can't do ATM deposit anymore to have deposits available immediately like they used to. Always receive the best in customer care and quality service from the Sarver USX Branch. Never have I ever had a bad experience in person or over the phone. Keep up the great work and thank you.
Don't ever try to call the Sarver office because it takes 45min for them to answer the phone. I asked them to send me a statement for my checking and savings account and she just sent me the checking had to call again and wait for the Sarver office to answer. They said they would email it to me but never did. I had to go over and all of them are huddled around talking with one at the counter and no one else was there why does it take so long to answer.
