Beautiful spot, unfortunately rules often not respected by many customers and never enforced by staff. Conversations often heard although silence should prevail and, phones in many hands for texting and taking pictures. Walls are paper thin, so no peace and quiet ever in the treatment rooms for massages, etc, upstairs. Very sad! I've been to Spas in many other citys, and it's not the case. Great little Nordic spa. The change rooms are clean and spacious enough. They don't let too many people at the same time.

USVA was my first spa experience so I cannot compare it to any other. I received a gift card for my birthday and that's why I booked my massage there instead of my friend's clinic. I added the "Thermal Experience" upon arrival for a small additional fee... gave me all-day access to the entire sauna/thermal pool and relaxation area as well as the licensed cafe.
