I booked a massage here about a month in advance because I know how limited their availability is and how long the wait times can be. Unfortunately, the day before my scheduled appointment, the masseuse messaged me to cancel. I completely understand that emergencies happen, but what was disappointing was that there was no effort made to accommodate or rebook me sooner, especially given the inconvenience and the long wait for appointments.
