The first thing I have to say is the staff are amazing, all very kind, non judgemental The atmosphere is fantastic, clean, tidy and respectful. Normally I go alone, to have quiet and relax and recharge because being a single working mom is quite demanding at times. I have also been with My 8 year old daughter on the explore day and it was fantastic , she felt like a little princess. What a horrible birthday experience! We were given this gift card at Christmas and it took us 9 months to use it and even then I couldn't get my husband to join in the booking. A customer should never have to work that hard to access your services. I was told to do everything but stand on my head to try and get an appointment. When I got in there the service given was laughable. Not even offered a glass of water no acknowledgment of my birthday when I filled out several forms with it on there. Simple, intime et impaccable.
The place is beautiful, very well kept and maintained. The two different sauna rooms are nice, one is a barrel style and the other a traditional water on stone. The steam room is definitely the nicest I’ve ever experienced, and their large hot pool is nice. I enjoyed the cold plunge, I like the waterfall feature, its a nice touch and keeps the water very cold. The only thing I could say is their no photo policy rule is very strict. For the price, i would expect at least a small jet spa pool.
