Been a member forever. The tellers are all friendly and some even know us by name
I was just there and had crystal as my person and let me tell you she was so nice! I had to cancel my card cause of a fraud transaction and she was so helpful and just so caring about it. She really helped a lot and helped me feel less dumb about it basically. This is my first bank so it’s still very new and nerve racking for me. They’re always so nice here and I just greatly appreciate them. Thank you again crystal! Hope you get a raise or something lol cause you deserve it!
