Yolanda at the Pro Se Assistance Center is great and has been very helpful. However, whoever is working the Pro Se phone system this morning appears to be hanging up on callers. I'm not sure if it's intentional or a technical issue, but it's happened multiple times.
I think that the patent office has the patent on apathy. Absolutely the worst service one could imagine. Arrogant, nasty, inefficient, that can't do Spirit abounds.
