If only government workers were required to work half as hard or half as intelligently as the rest of us... What a wonderful world that would be. They allow themselves timelines that baffle any competent person (months and years, not days or weeks), get confused by things a competent 10 year-old would understand, and make decisions completely void of logic that affect so many lives.
If you're in the area why not stop in and see the museum, it's free. It's small enough to get through it within an hour or less. There was a small tour offered the day I visited.
