well behaved people
due to these people’s apathy and lackadaisical demeanor i am about to lose my company name to a competitor. Patents office should forever be abolished dissolved and disseminated all knowledge that they possess should be shared with everybody.
I emailed the USPTO about a month or so ago and they replied that my email inquiry was being forwarded to another "department " and that is the last i have heard from them.. I understand that companies are busy and they get tons of emails, but when they auto reply back and say " someone will get back in touch with with 1-2 business days" and you don't hear from them again, to me that is bad business..
