This was an ABSOLUTELY A+ service. I made this reservation months in advance and the driver showed up early to ensure the pickup time was met. Gru, our chauffeur, met us at the driveway, placed us all in the SUV, then stowed the luggage. The vehicle was immaculate and the ride was extremely comfortable. Communication was spot on. I scheduled a last minute 6 hour ride service with USPL. Petar, our driver, was punctual, professional and flexible as we asked him to make a few unscheduled drop offs. I will definitely use USPL again when the need arises and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for chauffeur services.

Just a wonderful car service. Petar worked with us to arrange a weekly service to take elderly relatives (incl wheelchair) to appts. The driver was always on time, waited to pick them up, and generally took excellent care of them. Strongly recommend USPL for anyone with non traditional car service needs.

The level of excellence is unmatched. I had them pick me up from airport and they were so good I requested them to pick me up in evening to head out in Washington DC!
