On February 4th, 7:00 a.m., westbound 696, trailer 560 driven by one of their employees, failed to do a good pre-trip and a huge massive chunk of ice flew off their vehicle, smashed my sisters passenger side mirror and windshield destroying the windshield and doing large amounts of damage to her vehicle tearing her mirror off and possibly causing a dangerous accident because of the driver negligence.
