Recently went into the NYC store to purchase a piece. All the employees ignored me, was not offered any assistance. Several people there sat around on laptops and computers. Finally approached someone and asked about the process for a custom piece and was told to ‘look online’. Subsequently went to DWR and worked with someone there who was way more helpful. Love your products USM but your employees need to operate differently.

I have been awaiting my order and regularly contacting the showroom to ask why the order is now lagging weeks behind when I was told the order would be delivered. They have not responded to ANY of my multiple emails. They have not returned ANY phone calls. What kind of way is this to run a business you have paid thousands of dollars? Still waiting...
been wanting to purchase from them for a while but the customer service is extremely lacking. felt VERY unwelcome - like really bad and turned me and my partner off. luxury prices should call for a luxury experience. better off purchasing from renewfinds in brooklyn, they also have second hand if you’re into that!
