Great experience checking out this store and the Ojas listening room.
I have been awaiting my order and regularly contacting the showroom to ask why the order is now lagging weeks behind when I was told the order would be delivered. They have not responded to ANY of my multiple emails. They have not returned ANY phone calls. What kind of way is this to run a business you have paid thousands of dollars? Still waiting...
been wanting to purchase from them for a while but the customer service is extremely lacking. felt VERY unwelcome - like really bad and turned me and my partner off. luxury prices should call for a luxury experience. better off purchasing from renewfinds in brooklyn, they also have second hand if you’re into that!
This is probably the most pretentious place I’ve ever stepped foot inside. Nobody said a word to me while I walked around the store to view the products. The staff were incredibly unwelcoming and unhelpful.
