Expect to pay a ton of money for their services! They will tell you they won't sell your loan & that is a huge lie ours was sold 4 times in the 1st 60 days! We had to do most of the work & had to stay on top of this company in order for us to even close a month later than contact!!! Friends don't let friends use this lender! Do yourself a favor and go to a local community bank & get ur home loan!!! We would have saved over 3000 in closing cost!!!
