Given the unprofessionalism I saw this morning, I shouldn’t be surprised that USIC has such terrible reviews. Are your employees permitted to vape in your company-owned vehicles? Or was the black (I believe) gentleman driving L25728 in the wrong when I saw him vaping at the intersection of Oakhill and Ingram about 6:55 this morning? You may want to remind your employees of two things: they’re required to follow company rules, and the things they do while driving a USIC-labeled vehicle represent the entire company as a whole.... read more

Their Technician Has parked their Company Truck Infront of me and my neighbors house for the past 2 months moving on to 3 months im about to call the sheriffs office get the truck towed for abandoned vehicle Time limit We are getting fed up Since you cant hold your employees accountable For Their actions My guests have no where to park at my house...
Expect them to show up without notice. They NEVER call before they show up. Had a major procedure done and the guy just kept ringing the doorbell, driving my dogs insane, just so he could go in my backyard and leave without telling me, gate wide open. This happens EVERY TIME they come by. I know they don’t care for customer service, but common curtesy goes a long way.
Stupid MF don't even call back I have relative that work there he tried getting me in they never called me
