11/7/24 @7:32-7:37 A.M. I285E heading to EX31 PIB. Trailer 408 attempted to hit my car. He was driving in an illegal left lane multiple times and speeding at what I believe is 80 mph at one point. I was never driving in the right lanes, so I do not know why he started coming after me. The near accident occurred when he passed me from my left at a high rate of speed to cut me off at the Peachtree Industrial ramp. That was the second time he had passed me. Whoever is pulling trailer 408 this morning at 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday coming down Bells Ferry Road getting on the 575 need to send it back through Driving School so he'll know why the improper lane change is with a turn signal cut me off twice the second time I was going to let him hit me
