I had a good experience at this testing center. The staff are friendly & very helpful. I traveled a few hours to this center but it was worth the trip, would definitely recommend to colleagues.

I found it easy and efficient. Front desk ChrissiAnn was pleasant and helpful. Only Fyi - if u dont have a USF parking permit u have to pay fir parking (1.75 per hour). U can use credit card.

I've taken tests here in the past without issue, but this most recent experience was unfortunate. I was simply taking a final exam for an undergrad course I am enrolled in, and everything about the experience went well initially. The staff was friendly and helpful, the testing room was clean and quiet, the test was issued and taken without any problems. But 3 days after taking the test, my professor reached out and told me he had not received my test. I called the testing center only to find out the test had never even been ... read more

Very clean and very professional staff. The staff was very sweet and answered all the questions I had. Definitely will love to test here again
