I have been a member of the University of South Florida Federal Credit Union since 1989, and even though I no longer reside in Tampa, the excellence of this financial institution has moved me to continue to use it as my primary financial home. Oh my goodness! Nettie is the best person ever at a financial institution to get help from. She should be the recipient of employee of the year for outstanding customer service skills. Recently I have experienced some 'financial trauma' at the hand of a hacker. When I called my credit union Netti was the person I spoke with who helped me with words of encouragement and kindness melting away the stress from the unfortunate situation I have been in.
