I had a vendor charge me 5 times for a cheesesteak at Gasparilla ($110!) and I have been unable to reach the vendor about the charge since there is no contact information on their business page. When I disputed the charge with USF Federal Credit Union they refused to help me and denied my claim on the dispute, ignoring what I said during my call to the bank - simply stating the the charge matched the receipt (that I sent them and mentioned in my dispute).
