For most businesses, the already questionable value that once existed in phone book advertising was obliterated by Google and the internet itself. I have noticed this phone book shrinking with each passing year, as business owners realize the waste of advertising dollars yellow pages ads represent. When this book hits my mailbox, it goes straight into the recycling bin, which is where it rightfully belongs. Nobody under the age of 80 uses phone books anymore--at all.
I have had ads with this company for two years, i should of learned the first year that this phone book company was a waste of my money but I allowed the sales rep two sell me a second year and i added a second county as well . I now advertise in the two county hoping to get more exposed I don't believe that the phone books are being delivered to the customers or may not be delivered at all I would also think that the sales rep should call his or her clients to see how there advertising is going but you won't. you will not h... read more
