I walked in to get help with an auto loan at 4:23 pm, and the loan officer, Emily Viney, was supposed to help me see if I pre-qualified. As soon as I walked in, she was already thinking about going home, saying we needed to hurry because she only had 30 minutes. If she didn't want to help me, she could've been straight up, and I would've taken my service elsewhere. The way she was talking and the eye rolls she was giving me were so unprofessional and disrespectful.
This place is great! Awesome professional people. Would recommend.
Excellent Services
Stopped in to request pennies for a school project for my son and the lady at the counter replied "We don't give change for non-members" to which I responded "Thank You, but that's not a good way to get members is it?" She responded with a "Meh...." Obviously this Credit Union won't last.
Indifferent and cold towards some persons and very pleasant to others. Disgusting, especially Cynthia.
