I had a very upsetting experience at this USCIS location. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and disrespectful. They mocked my accent, made condescending comments such as “Are you OK ma’am?” in a rude way, and treated both myself and my children aggressively. To make matters worse, they assumed I was from the same region as one of the security staff, which was not only inappropriate but also discriminatory.
