Worst most disgusting uscis in the whole US , seems no one is working there , and its a clown show , they only understand lawsuits and legal actions otherwise they dont do there job
My officer was great. Very clear and well spoken. The low star reviews are mainly from lack of accountability of the person. Get there ahead of time , come prepared and you set yourself up for success.

I’m very much satisfied with their services but people have to wait outside in the sun for long time, there’s no public restroom. I went with my husband for his naturalization interview, they didn’t let me go in to use the restroom. ( That’s for safety purposes, I got that) but I walked around the building there’s no public restrooms. In case of emergency they could have check their id or belongings and let people use their restrooms. It’s my humble opinion .
