The USCIS is a big scam; they didn't send me any evidence, but in their request they claimed it had been sent and they denied my case. For me to reopen it, I have to pay another $800. I saw another similar case like that; they didn't send interview letters to people, but denied them because the people didn't show up for an interview. This is really corruption
So weird that some times uscis-acted fast and efficiently sent noticed quickly receipt in a week or Even reminder to renew certain things/ and more importantly When applicant has error- The App is returned with Very clear instructions- But recently in 2024 I've received no letter no Instruction just Vague rejection notice with my Money Order and copy and It can result in potential gap in my Work auth- as a worst case penalty anyway while accountability is something I preach for me- and complaining is not Helpful in life I do... read more
Hey, I have sent my i130, i131, i485, i765, i864 ( $3265 money order) on 7/16/24 and delivered next day 7/17/24. Today is 3 weeks I still didn’t get any receipt number. And I am a bit worried about that. Do any of you guys have same problem like mine?
