I don't know ,how long they take my case, I applied for my I-130 in 2023,this still showing same thing,no any changes, I try to connect but I can't
So here is my experience with USCIS. I filled and submitted my I-129f in April 2025. Then by December 2025 I get a biometric request. I submitted my biometrics in January 2026. Then in early March 2025 I get RFE. By late March RFER. Two days later approved. 😁. A week later transferred to the NVC. I give 4.5 out of 5 for them for getting it done but I was quoted 10 months so they were just a little late, however I had to go through the RFE step.
6 months and 2 weeks of processing my K1 Visa. I'm from the UK (beneficiary) and my fiance is American. We really appreciate you guys and cannot wait to be together at the end of the year maybe sooner 🫶
