I have called multiple times and have been hung up on by the AI you use to answer calls. I’m calling to ask about my K1 visa status and the fact that I can’t even talk to a person shows how little you actually care. Yes, I’m aware you probably get a lot of calls during the day. But this is extremely frustrating and it’s hearting for my fiance and I to still have no answer. I am a US citizen, born and raised. Learn to pick up the damn phone.
I have been waiting since January! No response from USCIS since then. I have contacted my local Congressman, the Ombudsman, USCIS customer service, Emma, sent in 4 inquiries…. Nothing!!
