So here is my experience with USCIS. I filled and submitted my I-129f in April 2025. Then by December 2025 I get a biometric request. I submitted my biometrics in January 2026. Then in early March 2025 I get RFE. By late March RFER. Two days later approved. 😁. A week later transferred to the NVC. I give 4.5 out of 5 for them for getting it done but I was quoted 10 months so they were just a little late, however I had to go through the RFE step.

6 months and 2 weeks of processing my K1 Visa. I'm from the UK (beneficiary) and my fiance is American. We really appreciate you guys and cannot wait to be together at the end of the year maybe sooner 🫶

I am a US Citizen I have a government job and my I-130 form has taken forever to process. It’s very disheartening that after over 2 years I have not heard anything back from them and I can’t get in contact with no one 💔💔💔😢😭

I have called multiple times and have been hung up on by the AI you use to answer calls. I’m calling to ask about my K1 visa status and the fact that I can’t even talk to a person shows how little you actually care. Yes, I’m aware you probably get a lot of calls during the day. But this is extremely frustrating and it’s hearting for my fiance and I to still have no answer. I am a US citizen, born and raised. Learn to pick up the damn phone.
