This place is not a good place to make biometrics, please avoid. Not friendly workers and the short lady/blond at the front door ughh. Avoid this place.
This armenian facility observer is so rude and she only prioritize her own kind. And make a fuss with every little thing.
Great place.
Customer service is a 0 out of 10 all of the people that work here are so rude to the people that come for their appt, the manager is a short lady with blonde hair she is mean and talks to the other workers in a mean way. This place needs a manager that is able to make people feel welcome since we pay for their service. Also need to provide better customer service.
Just finished with my biometrics and the staff were very friendly and I was done within 20 mins. It wasn’t busy at all when I arrived which was 40mins before my slot time. Just make to check which door is the entrance as there’s one way in and one way out
