Older gentleman who does scanning is very rude.
So I read the comments on here before my appointment. Yes all workers there seem to have limited, or non fluent English skills. Second, the little blonde woman doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing, as she always keeps asking the older middle eastern entry person questions. They seem to have a power trip when it comes to appointees. The man was semi-rude when asking for paperwork, but changed his toon when you stop being polite. 3pm appointment, in and out only for 10 mins! I’m glad I rescheduled my biometrics appointment here. The gentleman helped me with my fingerprints was very friendly and kind
