They don’t respect whether you have a case or not and will work with ICE. I took my father for his second appointment for his fingerprints on May 14, 2026, around 2:40pm and they will lie to you. I was waiting for him over an hour and I was told there was issues with paperwork and so I asked the person in the front. He straight lied to my face and claimed my father would be out shortly. He never came out, in that whole time I was waiting outside , ICE HAD TOOK HIM FROM BEHIND THE BUILDING!! The people in the office were rude... read more
There’s this Asian lady who checks you in to stamp on your biometrics and she was very disrespectful to my mother, I was even there and it was unbelievable, left her feeling uncomfortable during her appointment. Everyone else were polite except her she kept raising her voice at her asking why she removed her green card off the ASC appointment notice pages, instead of asking politely just like every worker should do to their customers.
I was impressed how well organized they are. The staff is very friendly!
