Visited for my stem opt biometrics, very fast service.
Done inside 2 minutes, visited for biometrics. Make sure you book a parking spot prior your arrival and it’s cheap like couple bucks if you’re willing to walk half a mile.

I came for my GC biometrics appointment. Since I wasn’t entirely confident about the trip, I stayed at the Westin Cleveland, which was the closest hotel to the center. To enter the building, there is an airport-style security screening with X-ray checks for bags. The instructions said not to arrive more than 15 minutes before the scheduled 9 a.m. appointment, so I went at 8:45. Even so, all procedures were completed before 9.
