On 2/23/22 and again on 2/24/22 I called the only listed number for the Bellingham, WA Coast Guard station at least two dozen separate times. There has been a persistent busy signal EVERY TIME over the last two days. If this had been an emergency the local CG would have been of no help. I finally called a regional CG office in California to report the problem, and they said that they would look into it. Hopefully this will be corrected.
