I replied to the email with 2 questions: do they integrate with my software ticketing system and what are their credit processing fees. (Harassing phone calls) In late April I had just hung up with a potential customer who asked if my business accepted credit cards. That was the second customer that asked me that, so I was just about to call my bank to see what the process would be to start accepting credit cards. "0" star. This company spammed call my cell phone with a robocall. I made several requests and it has not stopped. I will never do business with this company. I even talked with them on the phone, and they don't care. DON'T TRUST THEM!

They are not rude. USB has a great reputation in the community as honest, reliable and great serving credit card processing company. They help me host a fundraising event every year and are very generous to various programs throughout the Maryland community. Business to Business is a difficult industry to work in!
