I reached out to Julie on Feb 27 and agreed to do our business through email. I sent a handful of emails asking for updates over the next month and would get replies stating she would get them worked on either over the weekend or next week. I sent an email on Apr 5 saying I needed to know by the 8th if she wasn't going to be able to complete my taxes so I had time to get them done. Third year using this service. Julie is efficient and thorough with returns. I dropped paperwork off, and within a couple weeks all done, ready to file electronically. Show up in office for signature without an appointment and payment, which is very reasonable. Recommend her and this service to all my friend's friends. Thanks, USA
Do NOT go for accounting. I can't speak to their tax work but the person who does accounting - Julie, for whatever reason - will give you a great rate over the phone and seem very capable and then just literally ignore any email you send her. You have to call the offices and tell someone else to tell her to write you back. I went through that cycle three times before giving up. Still never got a response to my final "if you can't respond in the next two days we will need to discontinue working together" email. Big waste of t... read more
