I would like to think Joanna Sep for all of her help. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me with opening up a checking account for my teenager today. After she got the information that she needed from me, she even called me back so I could do a DocuSign over the phone. This credit union is very Fortunate to have a representative with wonderful customer service. I appreciate you, Joanna…. Thank You

I had a wonderful experience at USAlliancr Financial on route 52 in Woodbourne N.Y. I been a customer for many years. This time I was there to replace a debit card. Teller Joanna help me get a replacement card explained how to activate it and set up a pin for the debit card.,I appreciate Joanna help and was on my way. Joanna handled my request quickly and politely and was very understanding. I hope if you use the branch Joanna you get Joanna and get your business conducted quickly and professionally. Thanks
