Tried opening an account online and were forced to go to a branch, which screwed up every account numbers, misrepresented what was required to open (2 accounts vs one), etc. and it took several calls to get everything corrected. The 3% cash back credit card that is continuously advertised turned out to provide bonus points instead, than you have to call to redeem for cash and only as credit statement or cash transfer to bank account. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to submit this because of the exceptional customer service I always receive from Jenny. She is extremely knowledgeable and she always goes above and beyond to be helpful. She is a pleasure to work with!!!
I just had a nice experience. Didn't realize they closed at 4, showed up a bit later. I waved a deposit envelope and looked sad, and they let me in to make my deposit. Offered me water too, I'd walked in the heat and probably looked like a waterfall.
