Waiting on hold to talk to ANYONE to unlock my account. The lat call, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, it went to a recording telling me no one is available to help me now. Terrible customer service!
The customer service leaves something to be desired. Over the weekend needed to talk with the integration department on an IP change. THEY DO NOT WORK ON THE WEEKEND!!!! How is that not possible!

This company has had similar complaints for the last several years and yet they have done NOTHING to fix it. As soon as I read the reviews I decided to run. It's obvious this company will cause me headache after headache. RUN...JUST RUN!
This company has the worst customer support I ever seen. They have a very cool product but unfortunately we will not be able to take advantage of it. We submit a support ticket with a very simple question and it goes 14 days unanswered and then gets closed with no response. The level of support is amazingly bad! Someone really needs to step in and right that ship before it sinks.
