I used USA Corp to set up my business. They took care of everything and made the process seamless. Not only that, I paid for them to complete a task that I realized I didn't need, and asked for a refund, knowing full well that it was my own fault. They very graciously refunded a partial amount, even though they were in the right to refuse my request. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone I know.
