Absolutely the worst customer service. After 20 years with a company I expect better: So a c USAA screws up,takes funds out of my bank account making it overdrawn after I told them to stop the auto withdrawal. They credit that money to my Ex's account and tell me they can't get me my money back without my ex's permission to go into his account and withdrawal the money. Can you be serious????? U cannot be serious!! Taking a healthcare workers vehicle to another state for appraisal and stalling until FINALLY after 30 days u sent in a claim for auto theft WITHOUT EVEN TELLING HER! Now she is STILL without a vehicle and no way of transportation to and from work as you all have ALSO CANCELLED HER RENTAL!! You all are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and FAKE! Super sketchy company, stole a frontline working nurse’s car and making fraudulent claims. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
Very sketchy insurance company that doesn’t care about fraudulent claims!
Can’t believe you took a healthcare workers car from Missouri to Illinois for appraisal after a accident and then the car was stolen on your watch. USAA then stalled for 30 days telling them it was going to be 7 days before they hear back and then it’s stolen and you file a theft claim on there insurance. Then you refuse to cover a rental. Shame on you USAA for not upholding your end of what they paid for. Defiantly you don’t have the back of your veterans, healthcare workers, and your customers.

They have made it now impossible for overseas retirees and veterans to keep their IRAs in the stock market without moving back to the United States!! With a week’s notice, we are now just told that we have no options for our investment if we have an overseas address during their move to Schwab and Liberty... They gave us no options. How will any of us retire now when we are forced to keep our investments in a 0% interest account due solely to USAA’s decision to migrate our account??
Ive only been a member for a little over a year now and have never had a real problem until recently. I received a refund check from the Dept. of Education and made an atm deposit on Saturday thinking the funds would be available on Tuesday at the latest. Come to find out my account is now on hold & I cannot deposit or withdrawal any funds at all in any capacity due to the fact that USAA was unable to verify the check electronically.
