I had a very stressful situation that was resolved amicablely. First, my debit card was not delivered in a timely manner. However they gave me a workaround by expediting an ATM card. Next my tellers check could not be cashed at Walmart for some odd reason. I talked to Mike, a persistent outstanding customer service rep who gave me three options to resolve this issue. I have faithfully stayed with this bank for 10 years. I’ve had this account since I was 16 and cash my very first paycheck in it. I just got paid last Thursday My employer didn’t get my direct deposit set up right away, so I thought I could cash my paper check through the USAA mobile app, Turns out that was the worst mistake I could’ve made for my payday. USAA really disappointed me here. If you have time try a different USAA in the area. Whatever woman was working 30 October 2025 around 1 pm was super rude and unhelpful to my husband. He showed up in uniform out of work and she was hostile, accusatory, and unhelpful. Instead of walking him through a process she acted like he was asking something insane and the refused to point him to anyone else.
