USAA Garrison is acting in bad faith by: 1. Failing to promptly settle my wind claim, 2. Citing faulty installation despite wind being the proximate cause (denial states entire roof has 2 layers when it does not, ridge was not evaluated by the engineer as it was tarped so how can they say it was installed improperly), 3. They limit how much of your own money you can transfer per month. Ridiculous since it is my money. Needed it for a car, so I closed the account. Imagine a business not giving you your own money, but willing to close your account...crazy!
