I went to this location as soon as they opened on a Wednesday morning and had a great experience with all of the staff. I needed a teller’s check for a large purchase and all the ladies who assisted me were very pleasant and helpful. The entire process took me about 20 minutes. The office space was much larger than I expected so it was really comfortable and I waited maybe three minutes to be helped. Would definitely recommend if you need hands-on services with USAA.
I had a very stressful situation that was resolved amicablely. First, my debit card was not delivered in a timely manner. However they gave me a workaround by expediting an ATM card. Next my tellers check could not be cashed at Walmart for some odd reason. I talked to Mike, a persistent outstanding customer service rep who gave me three options to resolve this issue.
