The location Annapolis branch located next to the Naval Academy currently has some of the most appalling, rudest, and unprofessional people working there. As an almost 30 year member of USAA, the lack of service and conduct of their employees should not be tolerated by USAA. Completely unhelpful, zero empathy, and I even dare say prejudice!
17 year member. Can someone tell me how to prevent fires from USAA when you have a hold on your account for weeks and cant access your funds and USAA keeps giving you a run around? USAA Garrison is acting in bad faith by: 1. Failing to promptly settle my wind claim, 2. Citing faulty installation despite wind being the proximate cause (denial states entire roof has 2 layers when it does not, ridge was not evaluated by the engineer as it was tarped so how can they say it was installed improperly), 3. Refusing to repair the damage they caused after pulling a shingle, and 4. Ignoring matching issues that should justify full replacement.
