DO NOT BANK with USAA if you live in Tampa of any of the surrounding areas. I drove 2 hours to USAA in Tampa only to discover they have 2 giant work campus but no bank (whoever made that decision in corporate is an idiot). This was after a couple conversations where I spoke to a rep and let them know that was where I was going to deposit a check. I then discovered they also have NO ATMs to deposit the check either.
