Do not trust Hector Escargaza Jr. or USA Special Process Servers LLC with your legal documents. I paid him upfront, and he completely vanished. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I hired Hector for a critical, time-sensitive legal service and paid him immediately upfront. Do not waste a single penny or a minute of your time on Hector Escargaza Jr. or USA Special Process Servers LLC. He took my money upfront for a time-sensitive legal service, completely failed to perform his job, and is now actively ghosting all of my calls and messages. Very disappointing experience. He was very responsive and helpful in the beginning, but suddenly stopped answering. I provided everything requested and was told service could be attempted the next day once I paid the invoice. I was ready to pay immediately, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the invoice or another response. I lost a time-sensitive opportunity for service because I was relying on what I was told. Very frustrating and unprofessional
