Company has poor communication. 11 days since ordering and still no shipping/tracking. Contacted through their chat line at day 9 and could not give an answer why or when it would ship. Initiated dispute through PayPal. We will see what happens Update Apr 3/17 (26 days since ordering) still no shipping or word from this seller so escalated to a claim with PayPal.
