I wasn't sure what to expect when I drove up. I was pleasantly surprised! I called Joe (owner) after I had gotten a quote for a muffler fix from Monroe. Joe told me to show up at 4:00. When I showed up he immediately had the car on the lift. A quick (less than 2 minutes) estimate from him saved me more than $350 and I was in, car fixed, and out in half the time it took for a Monroe Muffler attendant to surface from their empty garage backroom.
