I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Karl. He was completely transparent, accessible, and helpful throughout the entire process. Karl was brought in during the final stages of a deal that was about to fall apart due to the previous lender not having any sense of urgency. From the first day I spoke to him until I received the official closing disclosure it only took 2 weeks and it was a better deal!!!!
