All I have done was start the process of getting pre approved. However, I spoke with a lady and said that I would have time to sit with my husband and finish paperwork and submit it by the following Monday (which gave me a whole weekend to get my documents in order). She called me 7 times, texted me 3 times and emailed me on my personal and work email 4-5 times. Working with Cory McDaniel was a fantastic experience. He answered every question quickly and with patience and guided us to a quick closing dodging a few obstacles along the way. The USA Mortgage homehub and dashboard was also very easy to use and helped us keep track of progress and what was required from us in regards to the loan.
