Beware purchasing or redeeming lottery tickets here. I redeemed a winning super lotto ticket and requested the winning amount be used for a new ticket. The male cashier then tried to charge me for the new ticket at double the price when I owed nothing. Others have posted similar complaints. Please contact the Lotto’s toll-free number to file a complaint if this happens to you.
Upon my recent visit the woman behind the counter was very rude. Refused to accurately cash out the total lottery winnings. I will not go there again.
The new owners don't know how to work their own machines, the store randomly closed for a month after they bought it, and they don't open on time.
