This business has dishonest business practices. I walked in two days ago for a Live Scan. The man, whom I assume is the owner, asked what I needed. When I told him I was there for a Live Scan, he simply told me to take a seat. From the beginning, his demeanor was unwelcoming, and his customer service and communication skills were poor. His television was also so loud that it was difficult to hear our conversation. Poor communication, can’t understand what he says over the phone. asked him to repeat himself and he hung up? they need new workers / new manager asap . Also the pricing is horrible .

Worst experience. If I could give a lower rating I would . The black man behind the counter was rude , unhelpfully and was too busy watching his tv show to help customers. Will never use this business and discourage all people to avoid this place.
