Horrible service! I am volunteering for my local church and had to do a livescan. Online it says they charge $25 but it was ultimately a bill of $51.50 due to a $1.50 credit card fee and additional $25 business fee. THEY KEPT MY SSN. I saw they had other livescan forms, out in the open, where I saw other people’s information. They made a copy of my own form that had my SSN and kept it. Bad customer service Gentleman was on the phone while attending me , he had to redo them another day due to his poor performance

Horrible the African man who works here is rude we walked in an he just looked at us an went back to watching tv then once I said hello he asked what we wanted, we did a live scan that was already paid for an he tried to get more money out of us an the live scan didn’t even go through 0 STARS DONT GO HERE
