Horrible the African man who works here is rude we walked in an he just looked at us an went back to watching tv then once I said hello he asked what we wanted, we did a live scan that was already paid for an he tried to get more money out of us an the live scan didn’t even go through 0 STARS DONT GO HERE
This places customer service is terrible. Charged the me instead of my employer. Said there is “ no way for human error “ that there is “no possibly way for us to have made a mistake, it’s your fault”. All they did was argue about how there was no way for them to have made a mistake and it’s all my fault. Didn’t even attempt to fix the problem. Even thought they had all the documents they needed.
