Had a dumpster moved to our new location however our rep didn't put in notes not to do it before 8 am as we have nieghbors and the business location is on my property that shares with my home. I have a new born and didn't want him woken up guess what dumpster came at 7 am I called and spoke to Sam brown who extended her deepest apology and put on our service contract for after 8 am for every time we call for service. Thought I was going to be on phone for a while....nope 4 mins later I was happy and satisfied!
I have to say, the best service we have ever had in our area. I called because we missed getting our cans to the road on Sat. The after hours person sent me a text right away. Pleasant, spot on service all the time!!
Who's bright idea over at USA Waste was it to send a guy smack into the middle of a 220 unit condo complex at 5:00AM in the morning with his big flatbed truck to drop a huge dumpster (and load up another huge dumpster)? Yes, 5AM in the morning!! The loudest, most obnoxious thing I (and everyone else) in the complex had to be startled awake to. USA Waste & Recycling call center agent "Ruby" personally and pleasantly walked me through their account initiation process until I personally completed all sign-in, security access, customer profile, and billing features that met my needs. She also offered tips on the physical aspects of successful customer trash container management. After our conversation, I was left with a feeling of confidence about our new relationship with USA Waste & Recycling as a whole. I wish all such agents performed as well.
I've worked with USA a number of times over the years. Every interaction has been great and they always do their best to make everything easy.
