USA Gundam used to be my go to for all gunpla and gunpla supplies. The products and prices were good and and shipping time was reasonable. Recently I had significantly more issues. in April of 2024 preordered Armored core kits that were marked to ship in the 3rd quarter of 2024. I did not receive those kits unto February of 2025. I've since placed 2 orders for in-stock items in 2025. Both of which took over 10 business days (15 actual days) to ship. Great store and great prices definitely swing by if you love Gundams. Good service too and always willing to help.
Ordered the SH MonsterArts Godzilla 70th Anniversary Special Version and was very disappointed. The figure itself was fine, but the box arrived with noticeable damage due to poor packing. For a collector’s item, proper packaging is a must, and this store clearly didn’t take care. Definitely not happy with the experience.
