THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE ! I ordered a bed four days ago.They told me that the bed would bring two drawers at the bottom, which were included with the final price. Now, four days later (after I threw away my old bed because the new one was supposed to be delivered today) they call and tell me that they made a mistake, and they wanted to charge me $285 for the drawers !! Inadequate Customer Service – If you want your furniture delivered on time and correctly, this is not the place to go to. First of all, their english is not english! Delivery time was 4 hours late and they forgot the main piece...the bed! Then I was informed that they made a mistake and that the bed was in fact NOT in stock and it would take 5 weeks to receive the bed, after being told that it was available right away.
